This Refund and Return Policy explains our policies regarding refunds, returns, and transaction reversals for services and transactions conducted through the Becoming Alpha platform. Blockchain Transaction Finality

IMPORTANT: Transactions involving Alpha tokens or other cryptocurrencies are executed on blockchain networks. Once a blockchain transaction is confirmed on the network, it is generally irreversible. Becoming Alpha cannot cancel, undo, or reverse any completed blockchain transaction, including transfers of Alpha tokens between wallets, payments made in Alpha tokens for marketplace transactions, token purchases or sales between users, or any on-chain transaction.

This immutability is a fundamental characteristic of blockchain technology and is beyond our control. Users should exercise extreme caution and double-check all transaction details (including recipient wallet addresses and amounts) before confirming any blockchain transaction.

Refund Eligibility for Premium Features and Services

Becoming Alpha may offer premium features, educational content, or other services that require payment in Alpha tokens or other forms of payment. Refund eligibility for these services depends on the type of service and the circumstances:

• Digital Services and Content: Generally, digital services and content (such as educational courses, premium features, or digital content) are not eligible for refunds once delivered or accessed, unless required by law or as specified below.
• Subscription Services: If you purchase a subscription service, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds for unused portions of subscription periods are generally not available unless required by law. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Pre-Paid Services: For services that are pre-paid but not yet delivered, refunds may be available if you cancel before the service is provided, subject to any cancellation fees or terms specified at the time of purchase.
• Technical Errors: If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing a service you purchased, we will work to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, we may provide a refund or credit at our discretion.
• Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charges upon verification.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at support@becomingalpha.world with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your account information, transaction details, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within 5-10 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Marketplace Transactions

For transactions between users on our marketplace, Becoming Alpha is not a party to marketplace transactions between users. Refunds for marketplace transactions are matters to be resolved directly between the buyer and seller. We may provide dispute resolution assistance as described in our Dispute Resolution Policy, but we do not guarantee refunds for marketplace transactions. All marketplace transactions are conducted at your own risk.
